Senior Software Engineer Open
Engineering · Remote · Full-time
You design and build the systems real estate teams run on every day — CRMs and deal pipelines, workflow automation, reporting, and the integrations that tie their tools together. You own features end to end: you shape the problem with the people who will use it, build it, and keep it reliable once it is live.
- 5+ years shipping production web apps (TypeScript/Node, React, SQL) — comfortable from schema to UI.
- Fluent with third-party APIs and data integration — you have made systems talk that were not built to.
- Pragmatic: you test what matters, keep code maintainable, and trade speed against reliability on purpose.
Data Analyst Open

You turn messy, multi-source real estate data into reporting people actually trust. You build the models, queries, and dashboards our clients and our own team make decisions from — and you are the one who makes sure the numbers reconcile.
- Strong SQL and hands-on time with a BI/dashboard tool (Looker, Metabase, Power BI or similar).
- You can model, clean, and reconcile data across sources that disagree with each other.
- A clear communicator who can say what the data shows — and what it does not.
Implementation Engineer Filled

You get new clients live. You scope the work, configure and integrate the system into their existing stack, migrate their data, and make adoption stick — the bridge between what we build and how a client actually runs day to day.
- Technical enough to work confidently with APIs, data mapping, and configuration.
- Calm and organized through an onboarding, and genuinely good with clients.
- Bonus: real estate, brokerage, or proptech experience.
Account Manager Open

You own the conversation with real estate operators — uncovering where their business quietly loses time, scoping engagements with our delivery team, and closing. A consultative, problem-first sale, not a script.
- 3+ years in B2B software or services sales, ideally with a technical product.
- You can run a genuine discovery conversation and turn a messy operation into clear scope.
- Bonus: an existing network in real estate, brokerage, or proptech.
Product Designer (UI/UX) Filled
Design · Remote · Full-time
You design tools people are glad to open — clear dashboards, workflows that match how the work really happens, and internal apps that finally retire a fragile spreadsheet. You work end to end, from the raw problem to a shipped, polished interface.
- A portfolio of shipped product / web-app work, not just landing pages.
- Strong in interaction design and design systems; fluent in Figma.
- Comfortable with data-dense tools, where clarity beats decoration.
Customer Success Manager Filled

You keep clients getting value long after go-live — checking in, spotting where a system could do more, and making sure what we built keeps earning its place as their business changes.
- 2+ years in customer success or account management for software.
- Technically curious, genuinely organized, and you follow through.
- You build trust and translate fluently between clients and the build team.
