Build the software behind real estate.
We are a small, senior team building custom systems, automation, and data tools for U.S. real estate companies. We work directly with clients, ship in focused increments, and own what we build. If you like solving real problems over chasing hype, you will fit in here.
A place to do your best work.
Real ownership
You design and build the system, talk to the people who use it, and see it go live. No layer of account managers between you and the work.
Flexible & remote
Fully remote across U.S. time zones, with flexible hours and an async-first culture. We care about outcomes, not seat time.
Health & time off
Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus generous PTO and paid holidays. Take the time you need to recharge.
Modern stack
Work with current tools and a clean codebase. We invest in tooling so you spend time building, not fighting the environment.
Learning budget
An annual budget for courses, books, and conferences. We want you sharper a year from now than you are today.
Transparent pay
Clear salary bands, posted up front. No games, no "competitive" with no number behind it.
The roles we hire for.
A few roles are open right now; the rest are filled but recur — all remote (U.S.), full-time, with the salary range posted. Ranges reflect U.S. market pay and final offers depend on experience and location.
Senior Software Engineer Open
Engineering · Remote (US) · Full-time
You will design and build full-stack systems — CRM and pipeline tools, automation, data workflows, and integrations — that real estate teams use every day. You work close to the problem, own features end to end, and care about clean, maintainable code.
- 5+ years building production web applications (TypeScript/Node, React, SQL).
- Comfortable across the stack and with third-party APIs and data integration.
- Pragmatic: you ship, you test, and you balance speed with reliability.
Data Analyst Open
Data · Remote (US) · Full-time
You turn messy real estate data into clean, trustworthy reporting. You build the queries, models, and dashboards that help clients and our own team make decisions, and you keep the numbers honest.
- Strong SQL and experience with a BI/dashboard tool.
- You can model, clean, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
- Clear communicator who can explain what the data actually says.
Implementation Engineer Filled
Delivery · Remote (US) · Full-time
You get new clients live. You scope the work, configure and integrate the system into their existing stack, migrate their data, and make adoption stick — the bridge between what we build and how a client actually runs.
- Technical enough to work with APIs, data mapping, and configuration.
- Calm, organized, and great with clients during onboarding.
- Bonus: real estate or proptech experience.
Account Manager Open
Sales · Remote (US) · Full-time
You own the sales conversation with real estate operators — understanding their bottlenecks, scoping engagements with our delivery team, and closing. A consultative, problem-first sale, not a script.
- 3+ years in B2B software or services sales, ideally technical.
- You can run a discovery conversation and translate needs into scope.
- Bonus: a network in real estate, brokerage, or proptech.
Product Designer (UI/UX) Filled
Design · Remote (US) · Full-time
You design tools people actually like using — clear dashboards, sensible workflows, and internal apps that replace fragile spreadsheets. You work end to end, from the problem to a shipped, polished interface.
- A portfolio of shipped product / web app work.
- Strong in interaction design and design systems; comfortable in Figma.
- You can design for data-dense tools, not just landing pages.
Customer Success Manager Filled
Success · Remote (US) · Full-time
You keep clients successful after go-live — checking in, spotting where a system can do more, and making sure what we built keeps earning its place as their business changes.
- 2+ years in customer success or account management for software.
- Technically curious and genuinely organized.
- You build trust and translate between clients and the build team.
